Research and style selection

Creating the visual language of Invoice Media began with studying how people consume news and content today. We noticed that:

  • Modern users want to save time, preferring concise and convenient formats.
  • Audio formats and podcasts have grown popular thanks to easy on-the-go consumption.
  • Trust in content is built through clarity, expertise, and a straightforward presentation.

Based on these observations, a style was chosen in which minimalism, sharp contrasts, and an accent color help readers absorb and quickly grasp the essence of information.

Blue was chosen as a symbol of technology and trust, while a strict and clear typeface conveys the brand's expertise and confidence. Black-and-white photography and minimalist graphics add gravitas to the project and keep the focus on content rather than decorative elements.

As a result, the visual style of Invoice Media is not just aesthetically pleasing — it directly meets the audience's needs: it is convenient, clear, and professional.

Logo

The Invoice Media logo combines a microphone with clean geometry, symbolizing voice, expertise, and direct dialogue with the audience. It is instantly recognizable, scales well, and works equally well in both dark and light identity themes.

Light theme

To add variety to the identity, a "light theme" was developed. It is occasionally used in posts to bring freshness and a lighter feel to the visual feed.

Logo and identity creation process

  1. The first step was creating the logo and selecting the typeface. Thanks to a clear concept already in place, the idea was executed quickly and immediately approved by the team.
  2. We then developed the first banners for launching ads and “quick-testing” the visual language's effectiveness — the style worked instantly and proved its worth.
  3. After that, additional work was done to refine the visual language: we introduced a system of brand imagery — black-and-white portraits with contrasting color accents (flags, objects, details) on a black background.
  4. Several more experimental advertising banners were then created.
  5. To diversify the visual feed, a “white version” of the style was also developed: the same structure but using a white background with blue accents — to gently refresh the look and feel.

The result is a cohesive and flexible visual language that works equally well for short news digests and in-depth analytical content.
